Meghna Life and Grameen HealthTech Sign MoU

Press release: Meghna Life Insurance PLC and Grameen HealthTech Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen digital healthcare services in Bangladesh.

The MoU was recently signed by Mohammad Tarek FCA, Chief Executive Officer (Acting) of Meghna Life Insurance and Md. Ashraful Hassan, Managing Director of Grameen HealthTech Limited, on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under this strategic partnership, the two companies will jointly provide affordable, reliable and on-demand telemedicine and digital healthcare services. Policyholders and employees of Meghna Life will be able to access quality medical consultations anytime and from anywhere through this initiative.

The partnership aims to make healthcare services more accessible and well-organised by using technology-based solutions. It is expected to play an important role in expanding digital healthcare services across the country.
