Delta Life Pays Tk 249 Crore in Insurance Claims in the First Quarter

Staff Correspondent: Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has paid over Tk 249 crore in insurance claims to 39,443 policyholders during the first three months of 2026 (January–March), showcasing its strong financial position and commitment to customer service.

According to the company’s unaudited accounts for 2025, Delta Life’s total assets amount to Tk 4,944 crore 90 lakh, while its Life Fund stands at Tk 4,203 crore 73 lakh and investments total Tk 4,003 crore 79 lakh. Since its inception, the company has paid a cumulative total of Tk 10,271 crore 75 lakh in insurance claims.

In terms of financial strength, Delta Life has maintained its ‘Triple-A’ credit rating for 10 consecutive years, highlighting its long-term financial stability.

A senior official from Delta Life said that settling claims in the shortest possible time is a top priority, emphasising the company’s ongoing commitment to customer trust and reliability.
