Chief Executive Officer Mike Rosenbaum described insurance as a distinctly complex industry where the quality of risk decisions carries an immense impact on business outcomes. The transaction continues Guidewire’s pattern of selective technology additions aimed at strengthening its position as a core system provider for property and casualty insurers operating in more than 40 countries.
